At abercrombie kids, I worked on every seasonal / floorset marketing campaign from Fall 2016 to Summer 2020, evolving the copy and stories to match our goals of aging up our target demo (9-10 year olds + parents), elevating our mood and photography and finessing our fun, friendly, and informative voice.
Beginning in Summer 2020, I took on a managerial role and began to oversee the email process, helping our freelance writer produce them as needed.
I've worked on BAU sends, big seasonal campaigns (hello, Black Friday!) and have experience with rewards program and personalization marketing as well — throughout my time at A&F, I worked on many segmented campaigns as the company began to hone in on their segmented customers.
